Job Description:- Close supervision of worker's team performance, daily operation, work activity and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor and manage Shrimp farm operation including water, feed, shrimp, machines, devices, etc.
- Consistently ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting operation.
- Manage resources to achieve operation targets, quality, output and achieve desired results.
- Maintaining proper documents and records.
- Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate MUST possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Resource Management Skills, MS Excel, MS Word
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kedah (Pantai Merdeka) or Perak (Taiping)
- Applicants must be willing to STAY in Farm (accommodation provided)
- Applicants must be willing to work on Night Shift (routine)
- Applicants must be willing to work outdoor (99% outdoor under the sun)
- Full-Time position(s) available (urgent vacancy)
