Job Description
· Support and assist on product technical related activities such as product training, demonstrations, evaluation, troubleshooting and conduct seminars
· Able to assist in pre-sales and post-sales support which include but not limited to technical discussions, demonstrations, presentations, and user trainings
· Direct assist Sales force and Marketing department to achieve business targets together
· Provide on-going technical assistance and assistance for customer issues or needs
· Align customers technical expectations and provide troubleshooting guidance and technical support directly
· Support existing customers with additional training and technical assistance as needed or as product updates are launched that require additional training or implementation
· Maintain relationship with customers and work with Principal to address customer needs and applications.
· Serve as internal trainer by ensuring all internal members are exposed to information, knowledge and experience and work towards high expertise level in term of market positioning of our portfolio
· Assist with or write documentation to enhance technical guidelines, procedures and technical manuals involving software or related applications
· Prepare written documentation and reports on accounts with information on technical related activities and customer feedback.
· Other duties/tasks as assigned based on business need.
Qualifications
· A minimum of Master or Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics or other related Life Science Field.
· Good knowledge and hands-on experience in molecular biology applications such as nucleic acid isolation, PCR, QPCR, microarray, NGS etc.
· Experienced or understand on laboratory workflow.
· A customer-facing personality with the ability to interact and build positive relationships and engage in scientific discussions with customers.
· Good written and verbal communication in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
· Demonstrated good presentation and training skills.
· Self-motivated, success oriented and demonstrated collaborative, customer focused approach.
· A team player.
· Possesses own transport and willing to travel, even on short notices.
· Related working experience is a plus but fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
